Running out of content ideas? Don't have time? Whatever your profession, you need to be organised! Bundle a whole list of content topics and save them for later. Under each topic you can add many sub-topics. These would preferably be the titles of your articles or social media caption copys..

(tip: try to ask yourself the 5W&H questions when brainstorming to help you find problems and solutions to talk about -Who?What?Where?When?Why? & How? You can also try to negative approach too by using keywords such as never.., the worst... etc.)
Imagine having many topic clusters as above stored in one place, this will surely save you from thinking of worthy content last minute.
Batching
To avoid burnouts, it's better to create a bank of topics to save for later.Once a good idea comes to mind, our imagination can take us many places. Ideally when thinking of content, ideas come flowing one after the other. When brainstorming on topic clusters, creating many topic clusters in one sit will save you time and creative ability and avoid content burnout. You will have a whole department of content ideas ready for use when ever you need them.
So don’t give up when you feel like you are running out of gas, just change the angle and create a bank of valuable topics then you’re set!
