How To Set Up Facebook Ads With Your Agency


As a business owner, you know that paid facebook ads can be an extremely effective way to reach new customers and grow your business. First we need to make a Business Manager Account


Visit business.facebook.com and create a business manager account if you haven’t already. All you have to do is log into your facebook account to set it up.


Once you’re in, select the “Add People” Icon next to the search bar.





Add an email address to the bar (your agency’s email) and turn on the “admin access” toggle, click next.




Your invitation has been sent to the person or digital marketing agency.






Now its time to set up an Ad account and give access to your marketing agency.


Navigate to business settings.


On the left hand side, you will find Ad accounts under “accounts”.




Click on the blue drop down icon that says “add”. Select “create new ad account”




Continue setting up ad account by following the prompts.





Now to assign the facebook ad account you just created to your paid ads agency so they can start creating killer campaigns for your business.


Again, navigate to business settings and click on “ad accounts” under “accounts” tab.


Go to “add people” and add the persons



Search for the person or agency you would like to add to your ad account and assign appropriate roles using the toggles.





Continue the prompts until your ad account is ready to be managed by your agency.


Some agencies may send you a request for access to your facebook account and ads account.


These steps are for how to accept the agencies invite. In Business manager.

Open your Page and click Settings in the right corner and select Page Roles.


You should see a pending request under the Pending Partner Requests section. Click “Respond to Request.”


Click “Give (name) access to my Page.”
